Crown Court

The Crown Court deals with the most serious of cases. It deals with those ‘either-way’ offences that the Magistrates have determined to be too serious to heard by them, and it deals with those cases that are ‘indictable-only’. Facing a Crown Court Judge and a Jury trial, can be overwhelming; you need to be assured that your case has been given the care and attention that it deserves, that the advocate representing you is fully prepared, and that the best possible case can be put forward. We fully acknowledge that the decisions made can potentially change the course of your life, and for that reason we do not take our obligations lightly.

Apex lawyers rely on the years of experience of its lawyers, and you too can be safe in the knowledge that all of our expertise, and all of our focus will be on your case. Our approach to the Crown Court is no different to our approach at the Magistrates Court, as every case is important, and every individual is important.  Your representation will be bespoke as your case will be. Apex lawyers will be with you for each and every hearing, we will advise you as to what to expect, the procedure that is to be adopted, and importantly, we will advise you as to the strength of the evidence against you to enable you to make an ‘informed’ choice as to whether to plead Guilty or Not Guilt. You may need a forensic experts report, you may need witnesses to be traced, you may need audio or video evidence to be analysed.

Apex lawyers can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our practice doesn’t stop, nor does our representation stop, as arrest can happen at any time.
